My Story
I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist, writer, editor, and book coach, but most of all – I’m a foodie at heart. I have a great appreciation and respect for excellent food and well-written content.
I’m on a mission to help you, an amazing healthcare professional with a story to tell, to share your messages with the world. Your published works will amplify your positive impact, enable the work you do to have wider reach, and generate passive income through self-publishing.
With over 15+ years in the field, I’ve worked in various areas of the dietetics field from long term care to retail/supermarket and communications and non-profit organizations. As a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, I have also served in multiple volunteer leadership roles with several dietetic practice groups with a focus in the editorial space. In particular, I have served as the Newsletter Editor for two groups: Dietitians in Business and Communications (2010-2015) and Food and Culinary Professionals (2020 – Present). These experiences have made me well-equipped to support your publishing journey by sharing valuable insights and practical advice tailored to your needs as an aspiring author.
I started this business because I firmly believe that EVERY dietitian has a story to tell… and I’m here to help you tell it.

I love to cook! 👩🍳 It’s so therapeutic. My two young children also enjoy creating delicious meals in the kitchen with me.
We have a rescue pup named Rocky. He’s a Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier. 🐾
I grew up playing soccer competitively and now I love watching my kids play. Forza Juventus! ⚽
I’m Italian. You would never know it by my last name now but my maiden name is D’Alto. My late father was a chef born in Molfetta, Italy (near Bari on the Adriatic coast). When I was growing up, we spent many summers there, making great memories!
I’m a country music fan. 🎧 I admire the storytelling component of songwriting.
